OFF FINESSE SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with OFF FINESSE. Please review our shipping details below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders containing ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

Regular Products
For items not marked ready-to-ship, please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch after the processing period closes. The processing period typically ends on Friday for that week’s lineup. This timeframe does not include transit time.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not covered by OFF FINESSE. We do not offer refunds for packages returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is handed over to USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or DHL, OFF FINESSE is not responsible for loss or damage during transit. If an issue occurs, please contact us so we can assist with locating your package or navigating the carrier’s claims process.
