All pre-made, in-stock orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the following business day. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimated by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. OFF FINESSE is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. OFF FINESSE cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
